DIRECTIONS
The Crest Event Center is located in Downtown Los Banos inside the historic Crest Theatre building. Easily accessible from Highway 152 and Highway 165.
PARKING
Free street parking is available throughout Downtown Los Banos. Additional public parking lots may be available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early for best parking availability.
ACCOMMODATIONS/LODGING
Several hotel options are available within Los Banos, including nearby national hotel chains and local lodging accommodations just minutes from the venue. We recommend booking early if traveling from out of town. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY Please bring: • Your digital or printed ticket confirmation • A valid government-issued photo ID • The name used during ticket purchase if requested at check-in

Dress to impress and come ready for a fun night out! Casual nightlife or concert attire is recommended.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Guests are welcome to take photos and short videos using mobile devices for personal use. Professional photography or recording equipment is not permitted unless approved by event organizers.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Pre-sale tickets are available now while supplies last. Ticket prices may increase closer to the event date or once pre-sale inventory sells out.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Online ticket purchases accept major credit/debit cards. Food and beverage purchases at the venue may accept cash and card payments.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
Limited tickets may be available at the door based on capacity. Door pricing may be higher than pre-sale pricing. Early purchase is strongly encouraged.
REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled by the organizer. REENTRY POLICY Reentry is allowed only with proper wristband or event credential provided at check-in. Security reserves the right to deny reentry if event policies are not followed.
TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
Tickets may be transferred to another guest. The new attendee must present the transferred ticket confirmation at entry.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
This is an indoor event. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified using the email provided during purchase. LOST TICKET? If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the “Update/Review an Existing Order” button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
